Jawad Fares has spent over 20 years securing some of the UAE's most visible environments. His career includes senior security leadership at one of the world's highest-footfall retail destinations (100M+ annual visitors), a master-planned residential community in Dubai, and a Grade A commercial real estate portfolio in DIFC, alongside earlier service in law enforcement.
His work covers the full security and resilience lifecycle: authoring Country Evacuation Plans, Shelter-in-Place Operational Guides, and Crisis Management Plans for major UAE assets; aligning Physical Asset Protection strategies to ASIS International standards; designing CPTED-based security improvements across high-footfall public realms; and managing multi-million-dirham security budgets to KPI-driven performance targets. He has built security and resilience programs from the ground up, including SOPs, post orders, and digital reporting systems.
Jawad holds a Bachelor of Law and Police Science from the Dubai Police Academy, international certifications from ASIS International and the Business Continuity Institute, and a Level 3 Close Protection qualification from City & Guilds. He is an active member of ASIS International, The Business Continuity Institute, and ISC2.
