JEF Security Consulting was established by Jawad Fares, a security expert with over 20 years of hands-on experience across law enforcement, commercial properties, and community environments. With a background in law and police science and a career built on operational excellence, Jawad brings strategic insight, real-world knowledge, and internationally recognized credentials to every engagement.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Police Science and multiple global certifications.

Over the years, Jawad has led large-scale event security, conducted complex risk assessments, and developed customized security frameworks—from emergency response plans and SOPs to digital reporting systems and awareness campaigns.
